Intensive Garden Roof incorporates trees and shrubs plantings that require deeper growing areas and regular maintenance such as watering, fertilizing and mowing; ideal for roofs and plazas that will serve as pedestrian recreation areas.

Extensive Garden Roof is ideally suited for locations that will receive little or no maintenance, or where structural capabilities are a concern. Recommended plants include sedum, herbs, grasses and other vegetation that can withstand growing conditions.  The soil mixture is composed primarily of mineral materials mixed with organic medium, and can be as little as three inches in depth.  The entire system is very light, weighing little more than a traditional ballast roof allowing for safe installation on almost any existing roof.

Turf Garden Roof allows for turf grasses to be used in garden roof applications.

Bulk Totes — The Rooftop growing mix material can be put into 1  ½ yard totes for ease of delivery.
